Random selection over the live pool
Each draw picks uniformly at random from the pool of active, registered UK postcodes at the moment it runs. No weighting, no manual picks.
25-hour fairness lock
A member only counts as a winner if the winning postcode was already on their account before the draw ran. Anyone who registers with, or switches to, a winning postcode afterwards — including within the 25-hour lock window — is never matched and never sees a claim button.
Staff exclusion
Staff and admin accounts are excluded from being matched as winners, so nobody with operational access to the draw engine can benefit from it.
Winner caps
Each draw type has a fixed maximum number of winners per slot, set in advance and shown on its public draw page — the engine never exceeds it.
Claim windows
Winners have a fixed number of hours to claim their prize from the moment the draw runs. Unclaimed prizes expire and are not carried forward or re-drawn.
