PostDraw UK is the promoter of every draw on this site and is responsible for funding and paying all prizes. Our promoter and company details, including how to contact us, are published in the footer of every page.

Every draw is free to enter. There is no entry fee, no stake, no purchase requirement and no consideration of any kind. No purchase will ever improve your chance of winning.
PostDraw UK is a free prize draw promotion. It is not a lottery, a betting product or a gambling service.
Prize amounts, draw times, entry mechanics and frequency are shown on each draw page and in the Prize Draw Rules. We may change them, or suspend a draw, where we reasonably need to — for example for technical, legal or funding reasons.
Winning postcodes are selected from our UK postcode database using a random selection process, subject to the fairness rules published on the Fair Play page. Winners must claim within the claim window shown on the draw page; unclaimed prizes may lapse.
Prize wins and referral rewards are credited to your account balance. Balances have no cash value until a withdrawal is approved and paid, and cannot be transferred or sold.
You can request a withdrawal using the payout methods listed in your account, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount and processing times shown there. We may request identity or address verification before releasing funds, and we may refuse a payout where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms.
Multiple accounts, false details, automated entry, manipulation of surveys, videos, offers or referrals, and abuse of other members or staff are not permitted.
Where we find a serious or repeated breach we may suspend or close an account and withhold any pending balance. We will tell you the reason and you may challenge the decision through our complaints procedure.
Referral rewards are governed by our Referral Terms, which set out qualifying activity, reward rates and anti-abuse rules.
Some offers and adverts are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and any purchase you make with a partner is a contract between you and that partner.
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and retain it in line with our Data Retention policy. You can export or delete your data from your account settings at any time.
Cookies and similar technologies are used as described in our Cookie Policy. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent, which you can change at any time.
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it on an 'as is' basis and may carry out maintenance or make changes without notice.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
If something goes wrong, please use our complaints procedure. We will acknowledge your complaint and set out a clear timescale for resolving it.
We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will publish the updated version with a new review date, and continued use means you accept the latest version.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
