Product role
Accessibility tester
A draw that is hard to enter is not really free. Help us make sure entering PostDraw UK works properly with the assistive technology you already use every day.
Join the tester panelSet-ups we especially need
If you use magnification, voice control, switch access or a keyboard only, you will spot problems on our pages that we simply cannot.
Screen readers
NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack or Narrator.
Keyboard only
No mouse, tab order and focus visibility.
Switch & voice
Switch access, Dragon or built-in voice control.
Magnification & captions
Zoom, high contrast and caption needs.
What a test involves
- Try new or updated pages before release using your usual assistive technology.
- Report anything that blocks or slows you down — unlabelled buttons, focus traps, poor contrast, confusing order.
- Re-test fixes so we know the problem is genuinely solved.
- Tell us which parts of the existing site frustrate you most.
- Optionally join a short call to walk us through an issue.
How testing works
Step 1 — Tell us your setup
Let us know which assistive technology, browser and device you use day to day.
Step 2 — Receive a test link
We send a private link with a short list of tasks to attempt — usually 15 to 30 minutes of work.
Step 3 — Report what you find
Write it however suits you: notes, email, voice recording or a call. Plain language is perfect.
Step 4 — See it fixed
We fix and send it back for a re-test, then credit your thank-you reward.

- • You can spare half an hour now and then
- • You want the web to work properly for people like you
Tester questions
Do I need technical knowledge?
Not at all. Describing what happened in your own words is exactly what we need.
How often would I be asked?
Typically once or twice a month, and you can decline any test.
Can I report problems without joining?
Yes — anyone can report an accessibility problem through Support at any time.
