Claiming your prize
What happens between a win and money in your account.
If your postcode is drawn, a claim button appears on the draw page and in your account. Claims follow four stages: won, claimed, verified and paid.
You must claim within the claim window shown on the draw page. Once claimed, our team verifies the account details, then the prize moves to your wallet where it can be withdrawn using your chosen payout method.
Verification protects everyone: it stops duplicate accounts collecting the same prize and confirms the postcode belongs to a real UK resident.
